Let talk about grief, death and loss.  This cafe is being held as part of National Grief Awareness week.  We all experience grief and loss as we travel thought life.  Some of our losses are living losses which we grieve.

What’s a living loss? There isn’t a full list but they include events such as loss of a relationship, ending of a job, being made redundant, loss of youth, loss of health.

We are more familiar with grief as a result of a death.  There are many deaths that we encounter and all need some level of grieving.

Tickets are limited so click the button below!

Book your place
