We live in a fast paced world. Often you may feel that there is hardly anytime to draw breath before thing on your to do list pops up!

Mindfulness is a practice that allows you to slow down, connect with yourself. Create space enabling you to live an experience rich authentic life.  Live now, not in the past or the future; where life is really happening.

Being mindful allows you to create quality connections with yourself, your family, yours friends, your loved ones and nature.

This free 60 minute session introduces mindfulness where you will learn about mindfulness.  How you by living move mindfully you can reduce negative self talk, experience the world more deeply.  Connect with loved ones more easily and relish the richnesses of the senses.

This session is a sample of an 8 week course which dives deeper into a new way of experiencing the world.
