FUNERAL

As a life celebrant I craft for you during this special time when we say our goodbyes to a loved one.  To spend time with others who were special to them and are to us.  A time when we pay our respects and share our memories of them.  Keeping them alive in our hearts and memories.

Each funeral is special and unique to you and your loved one.  A celebration of their life that reflects their personality and beliefs whether that is following a faith or is secular in nature.

The funeral of your loved one starts with you and your family.  I spend time learning from you, hearing your memories and stories about your loved one. Creating a service is personal and has the essence.  Together we create a ceremony that is about them and their life.

PET MEMORIALS

These special beings offer to us so much unconditional love and companionship in their short lives.  They touch our hearts so deeply that it is only fitting that we remember them. They are the closest of special friends.

Each service is unique to their memory and their individual ways. Spending time learning to hear your memories about your beloved pet and companion, so that the service is personal and has meaning.  Together we create a ceremony that is about them and their life.

HANDFASTING

When two hearts become one is such a special moment that is shared with friends and family. A declaration of your love for each other surrounded by those who are important to you both.

Co creating the special day, I work with you to help you create a ceremony that is unique to you both.  A magical ceremony that speaks of your love for each other and marks the start of a new phase of your lives together.

NAMING

We all have our names that mean something special to use.  In a naming ceremony we honour the giving of a name to another being.  Naming ceremonies are associated with the naming of a child.  However, this does always need to the case.  It can be the welcoming of a new companion animal into the family.

It may be that you wish to share your new name if your current name no longer represents the person you have become.

A name is more than a label by which we are known.   Names often carry more meaning than just their sound and when holding a naming ceremony you are letting the world know that this is how you are and what you wish to be known as.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Moving into or out of a home is a special event.  Whether this is moving out of your family home to a place of your own, or moving into a new place.  These are special events in our lives.  You could be starting a new business, moving to new business premises.  These are just a few examples of special events that we should mark as step on our journey.

Navigating Nana's passing was a tough journey, and the funeral played a crucial part. Rowan, from beginning to end, was outstanding. His empathy, compassion, and understanding were evident, conducting the service with remarkable decorum, passion, and love for our beloved Nana.Balancing professionalism with kindness, Rowan approached everything with sensitivity and efficiency, never imposing pity upon us. The service felt more like a celebration of Nana's life than a traditional funeral, turning the farewell into a cherished process rather than a moment of mourning.
