We all need support at times. Being able to reach out for help is a strength and grief coaching offers you a save space to explore your feelings and ideas.

Planning your reunion with your special companion

Sadly most human crematoriums and cemeteries do not all the burial or scattering of pet ashes along with the caregivers.  This is because the law relating to ashes of an animal.

However, things are changing and few places are offering this service.  Planning is needed to ensure that you can once again be reunited with your animal companions.

Being able to express your thoughts and feeling without interruption is a powerful way to access your own resources. When working together, I act as your emotional partner to help you access and understand your feelings.

Grieving can feel like walking alone in a dark wood.  Lost and afraid.  I will walk alongside you on this journey that you didn’t want to take.  Helping you to keep the love alive in your heart while allowing them to run free.

MEETING WITH YOU

I can meet with you in person at a number of locations or via a secure video call, which we can record if you’d like to watch the session at a later date.

I’m Rowan, a grief and bereavement coach with a practice strongly rooted in nature. I help you to connect with their feelings, their purpose and their deeper selves, enabling them to transform their lives. You can read more about my story here.

Nature is resilient and flexible. It can show you how you too can build and adapt strong, healthy relationships with yourself and your loved ones. Simply walking in nature – especially woodland – has shown to have beneficial effects on people’s mental wellbeing.

I help people to get the results they want by helping them discover the best of themselves.  Coaching isn’t about fixing you as you are not broken.  I help you through a developmental and discovery based process just as sport coaches help sports people to discover your inherent talents. For every coaching session I donate to the Woodland Trust to support their Big Climate Fightback helping to capture carbon from the atmosphere and improve the environment.
